Dilara Ayse Dayioglugil is a founder of MARE LEGAL and heads firm’s Yacht and Maritime Law.
 

She is recognized as a international maritime lawyer and her focuses primarily on large yacht transactions and major yacht insurance disputes. He has an international client base, and has worked with most of the leading European yacht underwriters and yards.

• Experienced acting for yacht owners and almost all of the major banks involved in the provision of finance for new build projects and second-hand yachts and is an acknowledged leader in this field. 

• Specialized on the negotiation of construction agreements, sale and purchase work, design and project management contracts and other yacht, ship and private aircraft related commercial and regulatory issues.

• Advices for bills of lading and charter party disputes, marine insurance, P&I defense, cargo claims, shipping finance, ship purchase and sale, ship collisions, arrest of ships and/or ship bunkers and cargoes, marine pollution, salvage, and general averages. 

• Works with the shipping companies and importers closely, gives business solutions for their disputes.

• Specializes in maritime law, has also consolidated experience in the yachting field especially in terms of sales, super yachts transactions, the registration of yachts, insurance, VAT and taxation. She also has a wide experience of sale of vessels as well as sale of yachts and super yachts.
  
  She acts primarily on the behalf of superyacht owners but also give advise to the Shipyards and Brokers.
